Working in close partnership with Higgins Construction and the wider design team, I-MEX supplied all labour, plant, and materials to complete the full mechanical and electrical installation across the development.

The development involved careful coordination of building services within constrained basement and undercroft environments, ensuring accessibility, maintainability, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Particular attention was given to integrating the rooftop PV installation and electrical infrastructure within the wider energy strategy of the scheme, supporting long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.
