I-MEX (M&E) Ltd was appointed by Hill Partnership to deliver the full mechanical, electrical, and public health services package for Harrow One, a modern residential development located in Harrow.
Built on the site of the former Cumberland Hotel, the scheme comprises 204 high-quality residential units. The project also included the redevelopment of the historic Victoria Hall, associated with the adjacent St John The Baptist Church, blending contemporary construction with heritage elements.
The development forms part of a wider regeneration initiative, delivering high-quality housing alongside enhanced community assets.

Working in close partnership with Hill Partnership and the wider design team, I-MEX provided all labour, plant, and materials to deliver a comprehensive M&E and public health installation.

The project required careful coordination across both new-build and refurbished elements, ensuring seamless integration of modern building services.


The project demanded close collaboration with Whitecode Design Associates (M&E Consultant) and GHM Partnership (Architect) to ensure all building services aligned with both the new residential development and the refurbishment of Victoria Hall.
Particular attention was given to integrating complex building services within constrained spaces, including basement plant areas and existing structures. The installation of EV charging infrastructure and specialist systems further required detailed planning to meet modern performance and sustainability standards.
