Scope of works

Working in close partnership with Hill Partnership and the wider design team, I-MEX provided all labour, plant, and materials to deliver a comprehensive M&E and public health installation.

Our scope included:

  • Full mechanical, electrical, and public health services installations
  • Construction and coordination of basement plant rooms
  • Installation of a new electrical substation
  • Provision of EV car charging infrastructure
  • Installation of core M&E infrastructure and specialist systems
  • Full mechanical and electrical fit-out of all 204 residential units

The project required careful coordination across both new-build and refurbished elements, ensuring seamless integration of modern building services.

Design and Consultation

The project demanded close collaboration with Whitecode Design Associates (M&E Consultant) and GHM Partnership (Architect) to ensure all building services aligned with both the new residential development and the refurbishment of Victoria Hall.

Particular attention was given to integrating complex building services within constrained spaces, including basement plant areas and existing structures. The installation of EV charging infrastructure and specialist systems further required detailed planning to meet modern performance and sustainability standards.
