Working in partnership with Telford Homes and the wider design team, I-MEX delivered a comprehensive mechanical services package across the development.
Our scope included:
A key feature of the project was the extensive use of off-site prefabrication, enhancing both quality and programme efficiency.

The project required close collaboration with Fairheat and Vector Design (M&E Consultants) and Stock Wool Architects to ensure that all mechanical services were fully integrated within the building design.
I-MEX’s in-house prefabrication division, I-FAB, played a central role in delivering key infrastructure components off-site, including soil and vent systems, plantroom modules, and service risers. This approach reduced on-site labour, improved installation accuracy, and supported programme certainty.
Careful coordination was essential to ensure efficient routing of services within constrained residential and communal spaces, while maintaining accessibility and compliance with all relevant standards.
